Damages and Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days at seap.store03@gmail.com so we can make it right.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- Item must be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused)
- Tags and original packaging must be intact
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
- For missing items, an unboxing video is required
Modest Dresses & Abayas
- Exchanges are only for size changes, subject to availability.
- Exchanges for a different design or due to personal preference are not allowed.
- Please request exchanges within 3 days of receiving your package.
Exchange Process
- Once approved, send items back to our Hyderabad warehouse with your order ID clearly on top.
- Items must reach us within 10 days of approval.
- After inspection, a voucher will be issued for future purchases (valid for 1 month).
- Courier charges due to change of mind are the customer’s responsibility.
Please allow 15–20 days for the complete exchange process.
Color Issues
- Colors may vary slightly due to different screen displays.
- Check our Instagram stories and videos for more angles.
- Contact us with pictures if you need help choosing colors.
- Color names are indicative; the material and design can affect the final shade.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift Boxes, Pins, Underscarves, Scrunchies, Niqabs, and Niqab sets
- Sale items, bundled discounted items, and gift cards.
Refunds
Refunds are allowed only when the parcel is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Parcel Refusals
Refusing delivery after dispatch will result in Rs 250 delivery charges being applied. Future orders will require delivery charges upfront if a previous parcel was refused.
